Ages are calculated as of January 1, 2024. When determining a group's average age division, drop the decimal point. Example: A group routine that averages 14.8 will compete as 14 in the teen division. A dancer can only dance one level down from their age division. Example: A senior dancer can be in either senior or teen routines. Even if a group routine average age is 10 but there is a senior dancer in the routine, the routine will be placed in the teen division.
